Our support team provides personalized assistance with any questions you may have regarding our software. We ask that you submit all support requests and support-related inquiries primarily through our support portal. Please note that phone support is intended primarily for urgent situations.
Our support service is available on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The on-call hotline provides guidance in case of malfunctions
The on-call phone is intended for situations involving malfunctions outside of office hours.
The on-call phone line is available on weekdays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
