The Huippu Community is a community for customers who use the Confirma Ceepos payment platform. Membership is intended for those who are interested in actively discussing payment solutions and following the development of the Ceepos payment platform.

What does membership in Huipu mean?

The community is designed to help our customers share information, experiences, and best practices with one another regarding the use of Ceepos.

By becoming a member, you'll get, among other things:

• Preemptive Purchase Rights for Restricted Product Lines and Software Modules
• Promotional discounts exclusive to members
• The opportunity to follow Confirma Ceepos's product development from the front row and influence its direction
• Access to the community's own events

Become a Member

Joining the community is free of charge and requires only a little of the customer’s time. Multiple individuals from a single customer organization can become members. Community membership is renewed annually. Members can cancel their membership at any time.

Before registering as a member, everyone must familiarize themselves with the community’s rules and agree to abide by them, including those regarding confidential information.

Join the community by filling out the Huippu Community registration form below. Each person who registers as a member will be given a username and password for the community discussion forum.

Key community rules

By joining the community, you agree to follow these rules whenever you participate in the community. If you are not willing to follow these rules, you cannot register as a member of the community.

These rules have been established to ensure the comfort and safety of all community members, and they apply to every member registered with the community.

This community is intended solely for Confirma Ceepos customers to discuss payment solutions and share experiences.

Never disclose your community usernames or passwords to outsiders.

As a member of the community, you should act in a way that promotes the well-being of everyone:

• Be friendly and polite.
• Respect other members of the community.
• Respect the rights of others.
• Remember that you represent your organization within the community.
• Do not publish or submit for publication any content that is offensive or punishable under Finnish law.
• Do not share information in the community that could cause harm.
• Do not use the community to post political, religious, or other personal opinions.
• Don't hesitate to exercise your right to report offensive content and behavior to the site administrator.
• Post only material in the community discussion forums for which you yourself hold the copyright: for example, you may post text you have written yourself and photographs you have taken yourself.

When referring to material published elsewhere, you may include a link and, if necessary, a short excerpt with source citations to illustrate the content.

The community is not intended to be a marketplace for members to trade personal items, and members may not advertise their own products or services or those related to other contexts within the community.

The community is not intended for resolving individual issues - our customer support will continue to assist with these matters as before.

Remember that the content you post in the community is visible to all community members.

We reserve the right to revoke a member's membership if, in our discretion, we determine that the member is causing harm to other members of the community.

We reserve the right to update or amend the community guidelines.
