Terhi Karasjärvi began her role as General Manager of Confirma Finland on September 15, 2026. In this role, Terhi leads the six software companies operating under the Confirma Finland brand toward shared growth and even closer collaboration.
Terhi has extensive experience in B2B software and SaaS businesses, as well as a strong track record of driving profitable growth, commercial operations, customer value, and the development of successful teams. Before joining Confirma, he spent 18 years at Visma in various leadership roles. Throughout his career, he has also gained extensive experience in business transformation, corporate restructuring, and post-acquisition integration.
At Confirma, Terhi was drawn to the opportunity to bring together strong local software companies, long-standing customer relationships, and a shared goal of building something even stronger in Finland. In her new role, she looks forward to working closely with the Finnish teams and the entire Confirma organization to create value for customers, strengthen collaboration, and promote sustainable growth.
Outside of work, exercise and well-being are important to Terhi. Thanks to her background in group fitness, she sees many parallels between sports and business: both require energy, discipline, teamwork, and a constant desire to improve. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and values good company, meaningful conversations, and an active lifestyle.
